HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We generally ship packages out every Monday through Friday afternoon to ensure a fast-shipping cycle so your package gets to you in the shortest amount of time possible.
We use Australia Post eParcel which is 2-3 day delivery within Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas may be 5-7 days.

HOW WILL I KNOW IT HAS BEEN SENT?
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card, and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local Australia Post office to see if the item has been returned to the post office as undelivered and awaiting collection.

BDellium 24pc. Brush Set

I have no complaints on the service and delivery process from MYQT. In fact I was quite impressed by how quickly my package came and it's presentation, everything was nice and intact. However, I probably won't be buying any BDellium brushes again as the ones I have received shed on every use, are scratchy on my face and after every clean, fray out on the edges even when held in place. If I could, I would give MYQT a 5/5 and buy from them again, however the BDellium product gets a 1/5 from me, and evens the overall score out to 3/5.

absolutely awesome!!!!

I am a high school student just start my certificate III at beauty college. I have purchased many brush sets but by far this one has been the best. I am definitely keeping this set in my kit. They pick up the pigments great and I have experienced any fallout from them. My college teacher is even contemplating buying them for her class room.
