This product is the crappy nesting doll of primers. Was happy with it for about 3 weeks at which point I was struggling to get anything out of the bottle. Thinking the pump might be broken I tried to unscrew the lid to see if I could fix it. To my surprise and chagrin, when I unscrewed the top I discovered that the lower part of the bottle (which you would think is full of primer by looking at it) is actually totally hollow. Another, smaller vessel lifts out: upon inspection this smaller vessel is also hollow. Inside this is a *very* small chamber, about the size of a squat perfume sample vial, and this is where the primer is actually stored. I was thoroughly annoyed by this discovery. The product itself (clear, silicone-based primer) is a good cheap alternative to more expensive brands; it's at least as good as my old Lancôme primer at doing its job of keeping makeup on my face. However after this episode I will not be using ELF products again. I had maybe 25-30 uses total (1-2 pumps each time) of the product before it ran out. I give the product 2 stars because the primer itself is good, but the packaging is wasteful and deceptive. Would not recommend.
