First, line your upper and lower brow arch. Then, blend out the pencil using the included spoolie brush (brush your hairs upward for feathered brows or in the direction of hair growth for a more tame, 90s brow look). After perfecting your arches, use the pencil to fill in sparse areas of your brows using short, hair-like strokes.
