How to Use

Adults and children 12 years of age and over:

  • Clean and dry affected area
  • Remove patch from film
  • Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily

As an older person I suffer from sore muscles after strenuous work or exercise. I apply the Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch/es before bed and in 99% of the time I wake with no sore muscles or discomfort. They are a great product
