I bought this primarily as a smudging brush

I bought this primarily as a smudging brush and in that regard it doesn't work very well. It's quite a firm brush and it can create a defined line under the eye or on the eyelid if that's what you're after.

easy to use

This pencil brush is so soft and beautiful to use. I have used it to put shadow under the lash line and have also used it for a highlight of the inner corner. It has done both flawlessly. I will definately get another one in the future!
