So far the product has been amazing

So far the product has been amazing the only problem is my conditioner bottle was broken on delivery I did pay for insurance however I don't know how to go about it because I paid through afterpay if I could please be sent another bottle of conditioner that would be amazing thank you for your promptness

it feels hydrating and helps smoothen hair, but my hair are still quite dry after using for a week, maybe a longer use will be better
